If you make a booking for a screening then under the terms and conditions you are responsible for making sure that the screening and screening location complies with all applicable laws and regulations. If the organisation that manages the screening location is signed up to Cinegi, they should already know their responsibilities. However, it is in your interest to remind them. Otherwise, it is in your interest to ensure that the organisation that manages the screening location is aware of their responsibilities.
If you book a screening of this programme, you will be committed to pay: this minimum screening fee + VAT + £9 delivery fee.
The standard minimum screening fee is £75. Some titles may have a higher minimum screening fee. If you add them to a programme, they will make the programme price higher.
The definition of ‘cinema’ includes any location whose principal purpose is screening films – including a permanent cinema within an arts centre
